Automatic asphalt distributor is hi-tech professional construction equipment specialized in spraying emulsified asphalt, cutback asphalt, hot asphalt, hot modified asphalt and various binders.
It could be used to deal with upper and lower seal layer, prime layer, asphalt surfacing, waterproof layer, tack coat, asphalt penetration surface, fog seal layer and so on. It also could be used to transport liquid asphalt and other heavy oil.

  1. Independent auxiliary engine supplies power to make sure the spray could start as soon as the truck starts moving.
  2. To meet the needs of spraying volume and width, PLC is able to complement any forms of combination of nozzles flexibly.
  3. Each nozzle can be separately controlled manually and automatically in order to regulating spray width flexibly according to the real working width. Asphalt spray can be controlled in the cabin with operation buttons or on the operating platform at the end of vehicle.
  4. PLC could regulate spray volume automatically according to the input working parameters and feedback truck speed.
  5. PLC can modify parameters based on the actual asphalt density and load amount to accurately control the output of asphalt pump to keep spray precision error of ±1.5%.
  6. Imported diesel burner is worked for heating system with function of auto ignition and temperature control.
  7. All nozzles, pipelines and asphalt pump are fully heated and preserved by heat oil in circulation, which makes asphalt run smoothly in the pipeline and prevents asphalt from aging and coking. Insulation layer out of all pipelines reduces heat loss and protects the operators.
  8. Key components (such as hydraulic pump, asphalt pump, heat oil pump, hydraulic motor, etc.) are all famous brands, which ensures the reliability of entire machine and prolongs its service life.
  9. Foldable 3-section spray bar could implement double and multiple spray by moving the spray bar up and down; the spray bar is also able to expand the covering area or avoid obstacles by fold or unfold itself.
  10. Warning signs and night work lights are equipped for work at night; water nozzles on the tires prevent asphalt sticking to the tires in working.
