Automatic asphalt distributor is a kind of intelligent hi-tech product specialized in spraying emulsified asphalt, diluted asphalt, hot asphalt, heavy-duty asphalt and high viscous modified asphalt and so on. On the basis of introduced advanced technologies both domestic and abroad, this easy-operated distributor adds some humanized designs that ensure technical content of construction quality and improve construction conditions and environment. This distributor has been improved and perfected in the construction by our construction department, which adapts to any kind of working conditions.
This product has widely applied in highway construction and road maintenance. It could be used to deal with upper and lower seal coat, prime layer, waterproof layer, adhesive layer, asphalt surfacing, asphalt penetration surface, fog seal layer and so on. It also could be used to transport liquid asphalt and other heavy oil.

  1. Independent auxiliary engine ensures spray start as soon as the truck starts moving.
  2. According to the requirements of spray volume and width, industrial computer can make any combination of nozzles in line.
  3. Each nozzle gets through advanced processing technology and strict accuracy test to realize spray consistency.
  4. Each nozzle can be separately controlled manually and automatically in order to regulating spray width freely.
  5. Asphalt spray can be controlled in the console or on the operating platform at the end of vehicle.
  6. PLC could regulate spray volume automatically according to the input working parameters and feedback parameters by radar velocity meter.
  7. PLC can modify parameters to accurately regulate the discharge capacity of asphalt pump to keep spray precision error of ±1.5%.
  8. Imported heat-resistance seal elements and special structure guarantee reliability of dynamic seal among each system.
  9. High quality materials, optimized structure design and proper processing technology are applied at the joints among systems to guarantee reliability of joints running and prevent oil leakage.
  10. Heating system applies Italian imported burner with function of automatic ignition and temperature control.
  11. Burner hood of optimization design prevents damages by asphalt eruption through manhole. Besides, smooth and evasive transition angle and packing inlaid strip avoid it cutting the operator.
  12. All the nozzles, pipelines and asphalt pump are heated and warm-kept by heat transfer oil in Omni-bearing circulation to ensure asphalt run smoothly and avoid asphalt aging and coke burning.
  13. Advanced imported high-viscosity asphalt pump can pump asphalt in tank that is to say self-pumping. It also can pump asphalt out of the tank.
  14. Key parts (such as hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, asphalt pump, heat oil pump, gas control valve, velocity radar, encoder, etc.) are all famous brands so as to guarantee reliability of whole machine and prolong service life.
  15. Side toolbox of optimization design realizes large capacity, good waterproof effects and nice appearance.
  16. Ladders and handrails are equipped to each part for easy operation, which don’t hinder maintenance and disassemble.
  17. Heat insulation layer are laid outside all the heat pipes to reduce heat release capacity and avoid burning the operator.
  18. Reasonably arranged tank connected joints prevent tank from moving frontward and backward in the process of driving and braking.
  19. In-vehicle fast heating system (7—12oC/h) can improve heating efficiency and shorten auxiliary working hours to guarantee proper spray temperature.
  20. Each nozzle can be controlled separately and combine arbitrary. Spray width can be regulated freely.
  21. Asphalt spray bar is of three-section foldable structure. Spray bar moves up and down to realize dual and multiple spray, moves left and right to expand spray region and avoid obstacles.
  22. Balance device on the middle spray bar can prevent side bars from droop in the construction.
  23. Bumper bar equipped at the end of vehicle protects the spray bar.
  24. Manual lance can spray locally where the nozzles cannot cover.
  25. There are warning signs and lighting devices for working at night.
  26. Water-spray device prevent asphalt sticking to the tires.
  27. Hyperbaric air and a little of diesel oil can get rid of the leftover asphalt after construction, which is easy and quick, as well as energy-saving.
  28. Sound durable anti-corrosion insulating layer could realize that static insulation index is less than 12oC/8h.
